Property management has always been my passion.
Hi, I'm Anita Ball (formerly Anita Smith).
For many years I was proud to help build Comprende Property Management into one of Wellington's largest and most respected property management companies. As Chief Operating Officer and shareholder, I worked alongside an incredible team, helping grow the business from a small portfolio into the successful company it is today.
As the company grew, so did my role.
Instead of spending my days with landlords, tenants and properties, my focus shifted towards leadership, mentoring, systems, compliance, staffing and business growth.
While I genuinely enjoyed those challenges, I realised what I missed most was the reason I entered property management in the first place... People.
